Alex Labung Mallari and Mrs. Marilou Ocampo Mallari, the company embarked on its journey with a modest loan of PHP 300,000. This bold step was taken despite lucrative opportunities abroad, signifying a deep commitment to fostering growth within the Philippines. The name ‘Ronmark’ is a portmanteau of their children’s names, symbolizing the family’s legacy and the company’s future. Over the years, Ronmark has become a trusted name in construction, manpower resources, and trading, reflecting the founders’ dedication to building a robust and sustainable business.
The late 90s marked a period of significant expansion for Ronmark Construction. The company’s partnership with Sumitomo Construction not only opened doors to new contracts but also established Ronmark as a key player in the local construction industry. By July 1999, the company had broadened its horizons to include manpower services and later ventured into lending and trading with the establishment of Ronmark Lending Investor, Inc., and Ronmark Enterprises. The new millennium saw Ronmark’s entry into the food industry, with RONMARK FASTFOOD and franchises like MANG INASAL, showcasing the company’s adaptability and resilience in the face of market fluctuations.
In 2015, Ronmark’s growth trajectory continued with the inauguration of RONMARK HARDWARE, providing a comprehensive range of construction and hardware materials. That same year, the company enriched the cultural fabric of the community by acquiring EZEE SCHOOL OF ARTS & MUSIC, nurturing young minds in the fields of arts and music. The air conditioning sector also witnessed Ronmark’s prowess as it secured dealership accreditations from industry giants, further diversifying its service offerings. The establishment of RONMARK MANPOWER SERVICES in 2018 and the company’s foray into the insurance sector underscored its commitment to providing comprehensive solutions to its clients.
The year 2021 was a milestone for Ronmark Construction, as it received the prestigious TRIPLE A (AAA) accreditation, a recognition of its capability to handle large-scale projects. This accolade set the stage for the company’s transformation into RONMARK CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a move aimed at consolidating its various business ventures under the umbrella of RONMARK HOLDINGS, INC.
